The Bill (Reg. No.4120) introduces amendments to the Law "On Protection of Customers´ Rights", pursuant to which the customers can leave a complaint, an offer, a response or a remark in a Book of complaints and offers, which is placed in a conspicuous place in compliance with the procedure of trade conduct and regulations of commercial service of the population adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements also raise the rate of administrative penalty for the violation of trade conduct procedure, regulations of commercial service of the population, performance of works and services by the workers of trade, public catering and services.
